In a region far removed from any city, Paola Andrea Reinoso lives on a farm with her mother, Marta Ligia, where together they produce coffee in a high-altitude farm deep in the mountains of the Andes' central cordillera. Although hard hit by decades of conflict, the region is rich in natural resources, and Paola's dedication to improving the quality of her coffee has made her stand out among the many farmers that live in the area outside Chaparral, Tolima.
La Aldea is a Colombia varietal with a full body that gives deep notes of dark chocolate and black cherry, with a caramel sweetness and a spice note reminiscent of nutmeg.
