Two hours off the beaten path from the nearest town, lifelong coffee producer Nelly Alape and her husband’s farm is located deep in the canyons of Tolima, Colombia. Despite the region being hit hard by years of civil conflict, they have been an important partner for Devoción, consistently producing excellent coffees for the past 8 years.
When asked what makes her coffee special, Nelly credits the farm workers, whom she oversees on their 8 hectare farm. By paying them above average to ensure only the ripest cherries are picked, the investment in her staff produces a high return by yielding only the highest quality coffees she can sell for a premium. Named after the first lot of land Nelly bought with her husband 37 years ago, Mirolindo is a bright and fruity coffee with notes of plum, floral jasmine, and a rich honey sweetness.

For the most flavorful,
vibrant cup
Our coffee is sourced directly from active harvests across Colombia, dry-milled in Bogotá, and shipped overnight via FedEx to our Brooklyn roastery. Roasted to order, our coffee reaches your cup in as little as 10 days from origin, delivering unmatched freshness and a more vibrant flavor.
For the freshest cup, we recommend choosing whole bean and grinding just before each brew. Don't have a grinder? Select from eight grind settings tailored to the most popular brewing methods, and we'll grind your coffee fresh before shipping.
We recommend brewing our coffee within 30 days after roasting for optimal flavor.
Keep your coffee in its original sealed bag or an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer, as temperature changes can introduce moisture and affect flavor. For the freshest cup, grind just before brewing.
Choose your favorite coffee and delivery frequency, and we'll automatically roast and ship it on your schedule. Subscribers save on every order, enjoy free shipping, and can skip, swap, pause, or cancel anytime through their account.
You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Orders are roasted and shipped directly to you. After your order is placed, please allow up to 2 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
