MIDTOWN'S FRESHEST CUP
You've been drinking months-old coffee, but Devoción is changing that. We source our beans directly from our network of independent coffee producers throughout Colombia, dry-mill them at our facility in Bogotá, and quickly send them to our roaster in New York vía FedEx. A few days later, the beans arrive in Brooklyn, to be freshly roasted and served as quickly as possible. We are the only company in the world that roasts true farm-fresh coffee only 10 days after leaving origin, lightyears quicker than the industry norm of 6-12 months.
A UNIQUE SPACE
Inspired by the corten steel sculptures found in Medellin and the glasshouse of the NY Botanical Garden, the café’s focal point upon entering is a central steel column completely covered by jungle-like tropical plants and indigenous flowers, while a corten steel walkway guides guests around the space to either the “L” shaped coffee counter finished with Carrara honed marble or the café seating area comprising intimate benches with planters carved inside the custom wood paneling.
