Our coffee beans are sourced from farms we hand-select within the vast untamed regions of Colombia's most inaccessible zones. These farms harvest coffee year round.
We develop relationships with coffee growers, paying above fair-trade prices and establishing social and environmental programs to help secure their futures.
The Freshest Coffee
Our beans are dry-milled in Bogota and shipped to the USA just 10 days after "green" for roasting. This means we can consistently guarantee newly-roasted, ultra-fresh coffee.

The Villa Flor from producer Omar Arango’s highly specialized organic farm in Líbano, Tolima. Using no pesticides, Arango uses the “garden” approach to coffee cultivation, observing the needs of each tree individually. Blessed with high altitude and incredibly rich soil, World Coffee Research named Finca San Luis the farm with the highest soil biodiversity in Colombia. This organic Tipica is a highly intricate coffee full of acidic, sweet and delicate flavors ranging from spice, citric and floral with a distinct savory note reminiscent of the tamarillos that grow on the farm.
