At Devoción, our mission is to change the way you drink coffee by providing you with the best service, the highest quality origin to cup coffee, brew equipment and merchandise.


Coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Equipment – For all third-party equipment returns and refunds please refer to original manufacturer return policy & contact our support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Merchandise – We accept returns within a 30 day period, only if merchandise is unused.


We ship directly to you, after you place your order it may take up to 3 business days for your order to arrive. Once it’s shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. For deliveries in the NYC area, your coffee will be delivered by our local courier, so you will not receive a tracking number.
