With our annual Holiday Blend, we wanted to deliver a coffee whose notes and aromas were reminiscent of the smells and tasting notes of the holiday season. For this, we went to the department of Huila and found a natural process coffee by farmer Luis Alfredo Bonilla that is brimming with dark liqueur notes, rich and nutty notes of macadamia and Nutella, and a fragrant sugar plum sweetness, perfect for cozy December nights.
Complex, full-bodied and smooth with an acidity that balances perfectly with its inherent sweetness, our Holiday Blend is an outstanding coffee that is approachable and enjoyable for the coffee novice, but with enough distinctive layers of flavor and fragrance to satisfy even the most strenuous of coffee-loving palettes.
