Mayerly Oviedo’s farm, situated on the eastern slopes of the Andes’ Central Cordillera, sits in the same region in which his family has been cultivating coffee for generations. Using ancestral techniques and sun-drying his coffee, Oviedo employs a double fermentation method, both in cherry and in mucilage, that adds flavor, aroma and body to his outstanding Colombia varietal. El Danubio is a coffee with a robust fruity profile, brimming with notes of blueberry and exotic mangosteen, rounded off by a distinct panela sweetness that results in a bold and fruity cup with a deep, fermented grape complexity.
