Owner Julio Cesar Madrid Tisnes is a third-generation coffee producer from Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda where La Rivera is located, and his main focus over the past few years has been to grow exotic varietals using the most advanced processes possible. Their staff of high skilled farmers, cuppers, baristas and roasters work together to fine tune their coffees’ profiles for consistency and excellence.
El Nevado is an exceptionally sweet and fruity honey process coffee, with notes of brown sugar, strawberry, black currant underpinned by subtle hints of tropical fruit.
